My Hero: My mom, who suffered from illness for most of my life but still seemed to find laughter, beauty and love in her everyday surroundings. My dad who managed to overcome great loss and find love again.

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: The day my mom passed away. I just remember standing at her bedside before the machines were turned off hearing a small whisper through the breathing "She's not yours anymore, She's mine". Knowing that it was time to give her over to God. She was always His. Peace flooded my body...Man! I still get chills.

Most People Don't Know This About Me: There was a time in my life I learned how to play the bass and I still enjoy getting my hands on one...I like to play funky music :)

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: I've stood on the Word for the healing of my brother, and was with him the day he died. I didn't think my faith would ever recover from that and yet, God was there, holding me, loving me and teaching me more about Himself everyday. That was and is a truly great experience.
