Philippines

In 2008 we were presented with an opportunity to partner with a missions organization that specializes in building churches and feeding programs. At that time we began supporting Pastor Edgar Sande a national who pastors a church in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and we are currently in the process of building him a new church. Pastor Edgar has a huge heart for his city but did not have the means to reach out into his community. So we committed to feeding 150 children in and around his community twice a month. This has been a great outreach for him and has opened the door for him to minister to many families in his area.

This past year we participated in Christmas in the Philippines. We partnered with several other churches in the states and were able to send gifts to the children who live in Cagayan de Oro. Many of whom live in a trash dump called the Smoky Mountains.
